Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Belii ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Belii.

You own what you put in your shop — your products, images, branding, and information about your business. By uploading it, you grant Belii a limited license to host and display it so the Service can function.

You're responsible for the legality of what you sell and for following the laws that apply to your business, including taxes, consumer protection, food safety, and any required licenses.

Don't use Belii to sell illegal goods or services, infringe intellectual property, send spam, run scams, or harass anyone. We can suspend or remove shops that break these rules.

The free plan is free. Paid plans (e.g. Pro) are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Belii is a tool that helps you receive orders. Contracts for the goods or services you sell are between you and your buyers — Belii is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for fulfilment, refunds, or disputes.

We work hard to keep Belii running smoothly, but we provide the Service "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Belii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can delete your shop at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know. Continued use of Belii after changes means you accept the new terms.
